Returns/Refund
 

Once you have placed your order, you cannot make changes as our system is automated.

Additions, free items, etc. cannot be added to your order once it has been placed. In order to be eligible for a return, the Items must also be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please note: any returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Return labels are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Please email 
customerservice@sgcbdirect.com 
for an RMA.


Customer is entitled to their choice of exchange for like items, refund, or store credit, pending review of the items and reason for return is evaluated by a member of the SGCB customer service team.
