Shipping FAQ

How long does it take to process my order?

1-2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).

When will I get it?

Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 3 to 5 business days. 

How will my item ship?

How your order is shipped is 100% based on our shipping rates with
FedEx and USPS. It may ship FedEx, FedEx Ground/Home or any of a variety of USPS methods. Our system will make the decision.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes, we now offer
FedEx Ground, UPS Ground. Our Ground methods typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Expedited shipments typically arrive in 2 to 3 business days.

Why is
FedExGround cheaper than UPS Ground?

We have a long-standing relationship with
FedEx and they offer us incentives to ship more packages with them. We pass along those savings to you.

Can I specifically request shipping via USPS?

Yes, You should select our Economy Flat Rate Shipping option and there is a chance it will be shipped USPS or
FedEx which is actually delivered by your mail carrier.

I live in Alaska/Hawaii, what are my shipping options?

Alaska and Hawaii have their own shipping rate that you will see during check out. No expedited

shipping methods are available for Alaska and Hawaii.

Additional Shipping Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. If you check out as a

guest, you will not receive this email.

Please make sure your order is correct before placing it. Absolutely no changes or cancellations can be

made after your order is placed. If your order ships and you refuse it or need to return it, you will be

subject to shipping and restock fees. Please see our return policy for more information.

If you are outside the 48 Contiguous US States,  for a list of places to purchase SGCB products.

Adding order notes to your order delays shipment. Delivery instructions (i.e. "Leave at
back door") will not be relayed to the carrier.

SGCB reserve the right to cancel any order that doesn't follow our policy.
